RECAP!!! The Affordable Housing Bootcamp Roundtables were a highlight of the 2026 ULI Dallas-Fort Worth Housing Summit, giving attendees the opportunity to sit down directly with industry experts for interactive conversations focused on the realities of getting attainable housing deals done.

The learning continued with a case study of the North Lamar Housing Project, presented by Thomas Bercy and Bethany Fadel of LandForm Companies. Attendees got an inside look at the complexities of developing affordable housing in an urban environment, from coordinating stakeholders and managing multiple moving parts to navigating project ex*****on and lessons learned along the way.
