You know that ONE thing that's been bugging the crap outta you for a while? I want you to do something about it. It may be easier to fix than you realize. But the ongoing frustration makes it feel insurmountable. It's not. You just need to stop and pull apart the real reasons you feel frustrated so you can make a change, external or internal.
