Our bar is set with a place reserved in their memory—a small reminder that while many gather with family and friends this Memorial Day, we pause to remember those who never made it home.

Our Chicago Beef Dip features Chicago-style shredded beef cooked low and slow in Italian herbs and spices, topped with melted Swiss cheese and hot giardiniera on a toasted Italian roll. Served with a side of au jus for dipping, of course.

And for dessert, we’re serving up a Brown Sugar Cheesecake finished with a lemon honey drizzle for the perfect sweet ending.

Mother’s Day weekend at Spirits is a special one. 💜

“This Mother’s Day weekend feature is super special to me. I recently lost my grandma and thought it would be fun to honor her memory with one of her most iconic dishes that she would cook for the family. It’s called Chicken Hekka! Grandma was born and raised in Hawaii and this is a Japanese-Hawaiian stir fry of chicken and pork ribs simmered with bamboo shoots, carrots, glass noodles, mushrooms and onions served over a bed of white rice.” — Chef Adam

To finish the meal, we’ve got lemon zest & lavender cheesecake bars with mint raspberry sauce and house-made whipped cream 🍋✨

And keeping with the Hawaii theme, try our “Passion at the Disco” — a pineapple rum sour with passion soufflé foam and Plantation rum 🍍🍹
