Schedule for Saturday:

Doors at noon
Roasted pig will be finished and we plan to start serving between 12 and 1pm
Hayden Woollen will hit the outdoor stage at 2, and Bayou Roux will take the stage at 4:00 and play till 6!

Don't worry if you can't make it early, swing by in the late afternoon! PO's will remain open for the rest of the evening and Roast Pig plates will be available as long as we still have them!
