Something good is coming. First, a thank you.
The tasting room is winding down, and before we say anything else we want to say this: what happened in that room was because of you. The regulars who had a seat before they sat down. The folks who brought a friend who brought a friend. Everyone who bought a barrel, or a bottle, or just told somebody we were worth the drive.
There's a lot happening behind the scenes right now. We're not able to get into it yet — but it's the good kind of busy, and when we can tell you, you'll hear it here first. We're counting the days.
In the meantime, we're clearing the shelf.

Sunday, Monday & Tuesday. We'll be bottling. Doors are open for pickup while we work — grab your order and see how it actually gets done.
