No BBQ sauce needed on today’s Traeger efforts! 8 lb. Boston Butt in an 8 hours smoke! Acorn Squash with sausage, rice, peppers and smoke! Fresh salsa made with peppers and smoked tomatoes. Carolina Slaw (not made on the pellet grill). And of course Nana’s Smoked Chicken Curry Salad! By the time all of this was on a plate, I was too full from all day "test do***ng". Y’all come on over!!!

I've kept this accomplishment under wraps for a while now. Becoming a Certified Cryptocurrency Expert wasn't easy, but my determination and perseverance paid off.
