Brian is one of the owners of Pub Eighty Ate and the creative mind behind our homemade dressings! With 30 years in the restaurant business, he knows a thing or two about delivering every dish as fresh as it gets!

As Brian likes to say, “The only things that come out of a bottle are our ketchup, mustard, and the booze!” 🍸🍽️ And of course, he guessed all 5/5 dressings correctly! Come taste the freshness!👏
