It's time for a new Mead of the Week, available this weekend ONLY in the Manic Taproom while supplies last!!!!

This week, we present: Coconut Redundancy.

How much coconut can you get in one mead? With Coconut Redundancy, we aimed to find out. Starting with Hawaiian Coconut Blossom honey, this mead was then aged on gobs of organic toasted coconut. Flavors of tropical fruit and buttery caramel from the Coconut Blossom honey meld beautifully with the sweetness of the toasted coconut to make this wonderful libation a coconut lover’s dream, sure to transport you to a tropical paradise.

Hooray! It's time for Mead of the Week! Available in the Manic taproom this weekend ONLY whiles supplies last may we present...

Praline!

Praline began it’s life as a sweet traditional mead made with rare Fireweed honey, which was then aged in American oak barrels, highlighting the natural vanilla and buttery notes of the honey. After aging, this mead then received heaping helpings of vanilla beans, roasted and raw pecans, and coconut. Toffee and caramel notes from the honey and oak combine with the pecans and coconut to make this a liquid candied pecan you are going to love!

Time for a brand new mead of the week! Available this weekend ONLY in the Manic Taproom, while supplies last.

This week, say hello to Vanilla Elliot Bochet.

Vanilla Elliot Bochet begins with Orange Blossom honey that was slowly caramelized over an open flame before being mixed with Elliot Blueberries for fermentation. It was then touched up with Gibbon’s famous Sweet Yellow Clover honey, adding layers of baking spices reminiscent of a Blueberry cinnamon roll drizzled in caramel. We then added planifolia vanilla to further accentuate the vibe it portrays. This is a big, boozy, fun mead, you will definitely want to try it!!!
