It's time for a new Mead of the Week! Straight from the Manic archives and available this weekend ONLY (while supplies last), may we present to you...

Talk To Me Goose.

Featuring Red Gooseberries, Boysenberries, and Orange Blossom honey, Talk To Me Goose starts with a beautiful balance of tart and earthy from the Red Gooseberries and sweet, cotton-candy bramble contributions from the Boysenberries. This mead was then aged on Brazilian Amburana wood, bringing exceptional complexity with notes of cinnamon, baking spices, clove, and light charred oak that will make your taste buds salivate for more.

Available this weekend only in the Manic taproom while supplies last. We're open Thurs 4-9pm, Fri 1-9pm, Sat 1-9pm and Sun 1-6pm.

It's Thursday, so it's time for a new Mead of the Week from the Manic Archives!!! This week, we have Apple of His C"eye"ser batch III, and we know you are going to love this one!!

A collaboration with our graphic designer Brandon Pope, Apple of His C”eye”ser III starts with fresh pressed Indiana Apple C***r and Orange Blossom honey. This Cyser (apple mead) was then aged on organic Black Currants and Chai tea spices, and the resulting mead is truly greater than the sum of its parts. Sweet apple is balanced with the tartness and acidity of the black currants, and the subtle chai tea nuance rounds out the profile and adds a lovely complexity that you have to try for yourself!

We have a new Mead of the Week this week from the Manic archives!!

Say hello to Resonance. This mead was our first time ever using honeyberries (yes, they’re a thing), and wow.

Resonance combines organic honeyberries with both organic sweet cherries and Montmorency tart cherries, all fermented together with orange blossom honey. The honeyberries bring a sweet and tangy entry palate leading to sweet cherry, with the unmistakable and lovely flavor of Montmorency tart cherries bringing up the rear, lingering on your taste buds.
