Ok movie buffs this trivia night is for you! Grab some friends and come early to get your table, dinner, and a drink! Plus it’s Wing Wednesday AND we’ll have additional appetizers options for tonight. Every Wednesday get $1 off all whiskeys!

Plus we still have Greek Chicken Tacos and Salmon B.L.T.C (salmon with bacon, lettuce, tomato, and cucumber) on our Specials menu. Both are made with Drafts garden fresh cucumbers 🥒 ! Our cucumber crop this year has been so prolific that we had more than we knew what to do with so we dropped two 5-gallon buckets off at the Care & Share last week!

Emi harvested some more huckleberries yesterday and made another batch of huckleberry syrup so our I’m Your Huckleberry Martini is back in the house! Can you name the movie that famous line is from?!

Today our garden staff Emi & Dukessa harvested our first ever Python Snake Bean! Besides planting tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, and herbs that we use on our regular menu we’ve also had fun playing with some experimental crops and when we saw seeds for this funky plant we had to try it! It’s technically a gourd but according to information we’ve gathered it can be eaten raw on salads, sautéed, in soups, etc. They say it’s similar to a green bean (but GIANT) and is said to taste like a cross between green beans and buttered corn. Even the leaves on this plant smell like popcorn and look at their beautiful flowers! This “bean” was tiny a couple weeks ago and grew about a half foot a day over the last couple days! We’re not sure yet if this will end up in any specials at Drafts because we have some experimenting to do in the kitchen first but we thought it was so cool we had to share!
