Our bar and kitchen are now open, ready to serve up an unforgettable evening, featuring a specially crafted menu that's sure to impress: pan-seared ham, mashed potatoes with savory gravy, Wilds' signature street corn, and Pueblo mouthwatering cheesy garlic toast. We are delighted to announce, in response to numerous inquiries, a soft relaunch scheduled for this summer. This phased reopening coincides with the completion of our new kitchen infrastructure, including the installation of a fire suppression system, which will facilitate the use of our new deep fryers. We value your patience and invite your input as we finalize our menu and services. Further information regarding our customer feedback program, set to launch in June, will be forthcoming. Meanwhile, starting this Wednesday at 4 pm, we will feature a special dinner offering consisting of pan-seared ham served with potatoes, Wilds' street corn, and Pueblo jack garlic toast.

Elevate your evening by stopping by tonight and throughout the week to indulge in our limited-time sensation, The Pueblo Ginger Mountain Melt, carefully crafted at Wilds’ Place on the corner of Shafer Road and Hwy W west of Crivitz. This masterpiece features thick-cut Texas Toast smothered in garlic butter and topped with a generous melt of Pueblo cheese. The Mountain boasts a signature stir-fry of shredded pork, fluffy rice, tomatoes, peppers, onions, mushrooms, and cauliflower, all perfectly balanced by our addictive sweet ginger sauce. To add a delightful contrast, we finish it with a tangy sauerkraut garnish.
