If you've driven through Cripple Creek and wondered where to eat that isn't attached to a casino — we've been here the whole time.
The Creek Restaurant & Bar. 317 East Bennett Avenue. A real restaurant inside a genuine piece of Colorado gold rush history.
Here's what we do:
🥩 Hand-cut steaks — ribeye, sirloin, and more — cut fresh in-house every day
🦬 Colorado bison and elk on the menu because this is Colorado and that's how it should be
🌶️ House-made green chili from scratch — on everything it belongs on
🍺 Full bar with Colorado craft beer, cocktails, and whiskey
🏔️ All of it at 9,500 feet in a building that's been on Bennett Ave since the gold rush
No casino noise. No cigarette smell. No loyalty card required.
Just a locally owned, veteran-owned operation that shows up every single day for this town and every guest who walks through our door.
Open every day 11AM–9PM. Bar stays open after hours when the crowd calls for it.
Follow our page and stay connected — specials, events, new menu items, and what's happening next at The Creek are all posted right here.
