I’m going to be quite honest here; the last 6 years I’ve felt like that Cardi-B song- with the phrase “I’m in and out the bank so much, I know they’re tired of me” has been the theme song running through my mind.
BUT as I take a look at the accomplishments we’ve made, maybe that’s ok.

So here’s a shout out to each and everyone one of you for your continued support, to my banking friends who probably have my account # memorized they see me so often, to Robyn for her guidance and patience, and Grant with RR Custom Fab .
We’re going to continue to love on this old building; trying to add some curb appeal to our beautiful downtown 🥰

Thirstday- as promised - slow smoke short ribs, gooey mac, some other random cheeses, bbq, sweet n spicy drizz.

Belle Burger is our BOTW.
Our fresh pressed patty, bacon, shave prime rib, Swiss and cheddar, carmelized onion, pepperoncini, aioli, chili sauce… is it lunch time yet?!

Also doing a roast beef croissant- with a crème fraiche (😂😅), letty and tomato- (thank goodness those prices are finally manageable again!)

Stay tuned… if my short ribs turn out edible- probably going to put them and some
Mac n cheese on a pita and make a pizza out of it. If they turn out unedible.. maybe make some tacos 😂😂

We’re doing some things this weekend!!

Slider trial 1,789- I say “nailed it”.
- potato roll, cowboy butta, mozz, prime rib. you won’t ever want a full size sammie again!

Emersyn is heading over to life guard at the pool this summer, we’re going to miss her till we get her back in fall.

Ariana is doing a quick pop in to make sure things are running smoothly without her.
