I am so sorry. We need to postpone tomorrow’s pickin’ to the following Saturday 3/21/26. I am having emergency dental work and bone graft tonight.

Birdhouse family, we are so saddened by the loss of our dear Robert. One of our very first musicians and best friends. Please remember Pat, their children, and the rest of Robert’s family in your prayers. He was a good man and will be greatly missed. 💔

We are heartbroken. One of our favorite Birdhouse family members has passed away unexpectedly. 💔

The Birdhouse will never be the same without our dear Cocoa. 😭

Please send up prayers for June and Ed. We can’t begin to imagine how hard this is going to be for them.

Cocoa, we love you. You were our goodest boy and we will miss you terribly. 💔

Our hearts are breaking as we say goodbye to our dear friend Rocky who has gone to Heaven to sing in the choir. His memorial will be Saturday, November 18th. Please message Janee for more info.

I’ve seen a few clicks on the about link lately, so just to update, we’re still on hiatus until we feel a little more sure about vaccine protection and case numbers. Will let y’all know as soon as we’re ready to start back up. Miss y’all! 😳😢

I'm working at my studio, and I just want y'all to know IT IS WAY TOO QUIET HERE without all the music and our wonderful Birdhouse family. Miss you all terribly. Please stay safe so we can all jam again when this thing has run its course.

Hi y'all! Just an update...
We're thinking to be safe, we really don't see ourselves hosting another pickin' until August at the earliest. We'll watch how things go and let you know if things change.
We miss y'all desperately, and we want all our Birdhouse family to stay safe.

Birdhouse friends and family, we've decided that we're just not willing to risk spreading a possible virus within our lovely music group. So as sad as it makes us (and trust me, Rick had to twist my arm), we're going to cancel this month's pickin'.

Hopefully, we'll all be back to normal in April. Stay tuned.
