There are some goodbyes you can prepare for, and others you only feel when the moment arrives.
Today, with a full heart, I’m announcing the end of my ownership
Zazou after 24 unforgettable years. As I begin a new chapter, I’m carrying with me a lifetime of memories, friendships, laughter, and all the craziness I could take🫣
When I opened Zazou in 2003, I never imagined it would become so much more than a business. Greater Cincinnati/ NKY became part of who I am—a place where we victories, faced challenges, built lifelong friendships, and created memories I’ll cherish forever.
To every DJ, bartender, cook, server, door attendant, cleaner, entertainer, vendor, musician, employee, and behind-the-scenes supporter: thank you for giving Zazou its heart.
To every customer who celebrated a birthday, anniversary, reunion, game day, or ordinary night with us, thank you for making Zazou part of your story. You helped make it more than a bar or restaurant—you made it a family.
To my own family, thank you for standing beside me through the long hours, sacrifices, and challenges. None of this would have been possible without your love and support.
Saying goodbye is bittersweet, but I look back with deep gratitude. Zazou may be changing ownership, but its memories will remain in my heart forever.
Thank you for 24 amazing years. I’ll never forget them. ❤️
