We are giving a good o'fashioned try at a Citrus Wheat Hef. We threw in some of our garden Hops as well. 6.5 Lbs Wheat DME, 2 Lbs Briess DME, .5 Lb Caramel Wheat Grain, 3.5 oz Hop, 2 Grapefruit Zests, 1 Lemon Zest, 1 Orange Peel.

Another homemade IPA. Comes in around 7.00% and has a large hop flavor.

A Zesty Citrus mixture was on the docket today. Pils DME 4.5 lbs, Briess 3.3 lbs LME, 1.5 lbs Caramel Grain, 2 oz Citra Hops, 2 oz Centennial Hops, and 5 oz grapefruit and orange zest.
