Better Salsa comes down to the details.

In the cross-body lead, proper step size, positioning, and connection help both partners move smoothly and prepare for the turns and combinations that follow. Building these fundamentals first makes social dancing feel more natural and confident.

Sometimes the smallest adjustments make the biggest difference in your dancing.

Keeping your frame steady, with your shoulders and elbows relaxed and down, creates better connection, control, and communication with your partner. It’s a simple fundamental, but one that can transform how your movement feels.

Strong dancing starts with strong foundations.
