Ok Pit Masters, I’ve done a lot of smoking, this is my first 19 1/2 pound Brisket!

What is your recommendation on how long to throw on my Treager ? I’m going to do a 225 cook, need it done by Saturday the 15th , done and rested for serving at 1pm.

What say you my friends?

I just got recognized as one of their top fans! 🎉
