Interest in fresh, local, healthy ingredients is growing as more Americans are seeking nutritious, non-processed diets. While most are aware of California's world-class w**es, few know of California's international award-winning extra virgin olive oil, created by some of the world's finest artisans. Early on, small artisan growers found it difficult to cost-effectively market their oils. In 2003, We Olive opened its first store with the vision of creating a place for California's artisan growers to market fresh, delicious and healthy extra virgin olive oil. Today, We Olive is the premier retailer of California extra virgin olive oil in the U.S., with several retail outlets throughout California. We Olive's mission includes educating consumers about California's extra virgin olive oil, creating a place where together with the growers, chefs and customers; we can share our passion for olive oil and experience all the culinary pleasures it has to offer. We Olive introduced it's W**e Bar in 2011, and we were so excited to be the first to have opened. We hand select small boutique w**es all from California, and customers can enjoy a half glass, glass, or bottle. Enjoy one of our wonderful tapas dishes with your glass of w**e or b**r such as our artisan cheese plate, We Olive signature Black Olive Hummus, Crostini plate, or our Chocolate Mousse with Blood Orange Olive Oil drizzle.
