This Liège-style warm salad is a specialty from the French-speaking region of Wallonia in Belgium. A medley of sautéed veggies& potatoes tossed with a house made vinaigrette is pure comfort on a winter day. Vegan & gluten-free. Option to add chicken or ham or bacon or mushrooms.

Belgian classic stew-like dish of braised pork, tomatoes, and vegetables. Pot-au-feu, French for “pot on fire,” is one of the oldest European peasant winter dishes. Originally made over an open fire with various cuts of meat and vegetables such as potatoes, onions, carrots, and celery, the result was a savory stew that helped one make it through long days. Served with house baguette. Available in a large or small bowl.
