The Marionberry-Basil Smash Burger brings a little late-summer Oregon flavor to the table: NW beef smashed and seared, melted Swiss, smoky bacon, Oregon marionberry compote, fresh basil, shredded lettuce, sweet onion, and basil aioli—all stacked on a toasted potato bun.

The pub menu is getting a fresh look—and a few new dishes are coming along with it. 👀🍴
Starting Wednesday, August 12, you’ll notice a refreshed menu at our Downtown Pub, with new additions, seasonal rotations, and a few familiar favorites taking on a new form.

🍖 Memphis Chopped Pork
Our chopped pork sando got a glow-up. Bourbon barrel-smoked Hill Meat Co. pork meets Memphis slaw, pickles, crispy fried onions & our signature BBQ sauce, all stacked on a toasted Bread Stop brioche bun.

🥪 Italian Submarine
A Southtown Tap Room favorite is making its way onto the Downtown menu. Shaved artisan ham, Genoa salami, provolone, shredded lettuce tossed in oil & vinegar, sweet onion, tomato, Mama Lil’s peppers & mayo on a house-baked sesame baguette.

🧀 Featured Mac & Cheese
Something entirely new: rotating mac & cheese features. We’ll be switching things up seasonally with different takes on our classic mac, starting with options of. Smoky Bacon & Jalapeño and Spinach & Artichoke for the vegetarians.

We're officially past halfway through our Summer Music Series, and if you haven't made it out yet, now's the time.

Join us this Wednesday, July 22, from 6–8 PM as Wild Hog in the Woods brings live music to our Southtown Tap Room patio. Admission is free, tables are first come, first served, and all you need to bring is a few friends.
