This Friday, 6/19, we’re dropping a pair of easy-drinking summer companions:

🚶 Wandelpad ~ 6.5% Belgian Blonde Ale
Inspired by the Trappist beers of Belgium, Wandelpad pairs traditional malts and expressive yeast with PNW-grown hops for a crisp, complex, and refreshing pint. Expect subtle spice, warm hay, fruity esters, and a zesty hop finish.

🚲 Group Ride ~ 6.75% IPA
Built for post-adventure hangs, Group Ride is a bright, approachable IPA bursting with floral notes, citrus, and ripe mango character. Crisp, refreshing, and ready for summer.

Whether you’re taking the long way around or meeting up after the ride, we’ve got your weekend beer covered.

Available Friday on draft and in 16oz cans at both Block 15 locations & next week at your favorite bottle shop around the Pacific Northwest.

More than just a place to gather.🌲

At the center of our Southtown Tap Room sits a custom 12-foot Black Walnut community table, crafted by local woodworker Nick Clark. Find more info 👉 .

The table’s story begins right here in Corvallis. The walnut slab was salvaged from a tree that once stood along NW 4th Street before it was removed due to disease. Rather than letting the wood go to waste, it was reclaimed through the Urban Hardwood Center. The proceeds of our purchase from them went back to Corvallis, as it directly supports Corvallis Parks & Recreation.

Designed to complement the Tap Room’s existing woodwork, the table serves as a place for shared meals, pints, conversations, and community—giving new life to a piece of Corvallis history.

We took a trip out to to drop off our collaboration beer, Alumni Club: High Desert 🌵

The latest release in our Alumni Club series, this beer brings together Oregon State Fermentation Science graduates from opposite sides of the state. All three members of Block 15’s brewery leadership team are Beavers, and so is Eli Dickison of Barley Brown’s.

From classroom to brewhouse. 🧡🖤

Introducing Alumni Club: High Desert, a 6.10% ABV West Coast IPA brewed alongside our fellow Beaver and friend Eli Dickison of in Baker City. Featuring Alora and Elani hops alongside Fonio ancient grain, it pours notes of peach, apricot, yuzu, melon, resin, and chaparral.

From late nights at the Memorial Union to study sessions in the Valley Library, game days at Reser Stadium, and countless hours spent learning the craft, Oregon State University has shaped generations of brewers. Our latest Alumni Club release celebrates that shared foundation.

All three members of Block 15’s brewery leadership team are Oregon State Fermentation Science alumni—and this beer is a toast to the community, friendships, and craft that continue long after graduation.

Straight from the Oregon forest to your glass. 🌲

When I Tip, You Tip, We Tip drops today — a Hazy IPA brewed with fresh hand-picked spruce tips gathered by our team from Starker Forests along the Oregon Coast.

We harvest the spruce tips when they're fresh to store and add to our winter favorite, Hoppy Holidays. To capture the most vibrant flavor from the tips, we added a portion of this year’s harvest directly into this hazy release, bringing bright pine character, citrus zest, and an unmistakable blue raspberry note that feels wild in the best way possible.

Rounded out with malted oats and wheat for a soft, pillowy finish, this beer captures a little bit of the Pacific Northwest in every pour.

Devil’s Staircase is dropping tomorrow 🍻

Before IPA culture. Before hazy beer. Before craft brewing became what it is today — there was Cascade.

Originally developed in Corvallis, Oregon, Cascade hops helped define American craft beer with their unmistakable citrus and floral character. Now, Oregon breweries are re-exploring that legacy through Oregon Homegrown 2026 — a statewide collaboration celebrating the farms, brewers, growers, and innovators that continue to shape Oregon beer culture from field to glass.

Our newest release, Devil’s Staircase, was brewed as part of that collaboration.
This PNW Pale Ale explores a fresh expression of Cascade hops, the variety that helped launch the American craft beer movement right here in Oregon. Brewed with ’ “Deep Cut” Cascades — left on the bine longer for a deeper, more modern hop character — Devil’s Staircase delivers familiar notes of pine and grapefruit layered with extra juicy tropical aromatics.

Brewed in partnership with and breweries across the state, this beer is both a tribute to Oregon brewing history and a look at where it’s headed next.

Cassidy returns this Friday 🌸🍯

Inspired by co-founders Nick & Kristen’s daughter and blended every spring since 2015, Cassidy is one of the most personal releases in our Cellar lineup — a 8.90% ABV wild farmhouse ale matured in Sauternes wine barrels and conditioned on spring flowers and honey from her grandpa’s hive.

Each year’s blend carries a portion of every previous vintage forward, creating a beer that continues to evolve with time.

Wildflower aromatics, layered honey character, soft notes of hibiscus and rose petals, and a pleasantly dry finish make Cassidy both delicate and deeply complex.

Our summer seasonal Hazy IPA is back. ☀️

Fresh Flow kicks off summer with waves of tropical hop character layered over a soft, hazy malt body. Bursting with notes of clementine, papaya, and juicy citrus, this 6.50% Hazy IPA drinks smooth and refreshing while still carrying plenty of expressive hop intensity.

Equal parts bright, soft, and crushable, Fresh Flow is ready to float from beer taps to coolers across the Pacific Northwest all summer long.

Built with longtime Eastern Oregon legends , this year’s Alumni Club release is officially in the making 🍻

Brewed to spotlight the program and its lasting impression on the beer industry, this annual collaboration highlights the grads, brewers, and community continuing to shape craft beer far beyond Corvallis. Several of our brewers went to OSU, and we always appreciate being able to work with a fellow grad.

This year, we teamed up on a crisp, hop-forward West Coast IPA that we can’t wait to share more about soon.
