The last 47 bottles of the Cognac finished bourbon are now available. This is probably the last filling of that barrel, so when they’re gone, they’re gone. We also have a few bottles remaining of the previous straight bourbon. We’ll be opening the next barrel in June.

Seeing Silversun Pickups in San Antonio tonight and stopped in for dinner at mokarahotelandspa. Blown away by their oyster and jalapeno mignonette paired with a delicious tequila. Fantastic dinner at Ostra.

I absolutely love old barrels, even if they sometimes cause heartaches 🖤🖤🖤 This particular troublemaker is an honest to goodness Chartreuse barrel straight from the monks in France. Filled with our 110 proof tequila this morning. The smell in the rickhouse is utterly intoxicating.
