Lots of change at Up The Creek. Marco, my sous chef for 6 years, is opening a new restaurant in Cottonwood! Saverinos Italian American Kitchen, in the Food City shopping center. I have encouraged him to do this for years. There are people who shine and should have their own place to express themselves. Marco is one of those people.
