My name is Matt Glidden and I am the founder of Ass Clown Brewing. That hard work ethic and my life experiences have led to the founding of Ass Clown Brewing. We believe in making a product that is NOT based off of a profit
model, but uses the best local organic ingredients (when available). We also believe it is important to know what is in the beer you drink and that it is made in an environment

ally responsible way. Ass Clown Brewing strives to be a "green" brewing company that uses alternative energy and finds alternative uses for brewing waste. For example, our warehouse will have recycled items, lights, furniture and equipment. We also focus on using local ingredients. We grow our own hops. As we grow we will be looking for North Carolina hop growing farms, malting farms, and malting farms, spices and fruits. BREWERY HOURS

On draft and bottled today is our “Between Barrels” a 9% Imperial Lager aged in Koval Bourbon barrels for 4 years.
This unique barrel aged lager was conditioned on smoked cinnamon, vanilla beans and has a great depth of multiple flavors of brown sugar, coconut, hard caramel candy and molasses🔥
