Our Story

In our effort to provide our customers with a truly unique dining and drinking experience we decided to declare our independence from the normal. American Craft Kitchen is a gastro-tapas style dining experience! Unique twists on familiar comfort foods and reinventions of traditional classics meant to be shared and enjoyed with friends. We’ve taken the high quality food and beer from a gastropub and fused it with the fun atmosphere of tapas style dining. Most of our plates are designed to be shared with the table, creating a fun and interactive night out! We’ve designed our dishes to be shared, enjoyed, and paired with our outstanding house-made beers and handmade craft cocktails. American Craft Kitchen will feature beers brewed on our 10 barrel flagship system at American Craft Aleworks opening in West Palm Beach in the Spring of 2018 as well as beers brewed on our 1 barrel pilot system in Boca. Our culinary inspired beers feature big flavors in a variety of styles, from our bold IPAs to our tropical fruit infused Florida Weisses, Candy Bar Stouts and many styles in between. All brewed to be bursting with flavor and ideal for pairing with our unique menu. Happy Hour is Monday - Friday 4-7pm with $2 off select apps and burgers as well as everything behind the bar. Open for lunch and dinner until 10pm Sunday-Thursday and until Midnight on Friday and Saturday. The bar stays open based on volume up until 2am every night. We will feature live local bands at 10pm on last Friday of the month and every Saturday night.
