Full Nelson- A pale ale brewed with the Nelson Sauvin hop from New Zealand. Late additions and dry hopping produce distinctive tropical fruit aromas in an ale that is aromatic but not as bitter as an IPA. 25 IBU 5.2% abv

Pumpkin Ale- We used almost 20 pounds of house-roasted local pumpkins from Oaks Creek Farm and Market in this malty seasonal b**r. Plenty of pumpkin flavor mingles with pie spice and restrained hoppiness. 6.3% abv

Harvest Brie Wheel- A warm brie with baked sliced apple, caramelized brown sugar reduction, and roasted sliced almonds, grapes, cranberries, and cinnamon-sugar crostini.

Pork Schnitzel- A classic German dish of thinly pounded pork. It is deep fried and topped with German Hunter’s Gravy. Served with red cabbage and spaetzle.

Kyle’s Smoked Wings- These delicious moist wings are dry rubbed with spices and smoked for hours over a charcoal fire with wood chips. They are finished on the grill and served tossed in a zesty white Alabama Sauce.

Creamy Seafood Chowder- Made with haddock, shrimp, cream, and white w**e.

Mango Wheat- This b**r starts out as an American style wheat b**r and then we load it up with real mango! Slightly tart and not overly sweet, with big mango taste and plenty of “real b**r” flavor. 4.7% abv

Cod Filet- Fried Cod with crisp Romaine, served with tartar sauce on a brioche roll.

Bacon Mac & Cheese- A cheese blend including sharp cheddar, parmesan, and creamy brie complemented by apple-wood smoked bacon and topped with toasted Panko.

Grilled Veggie Burger- A patty loaded with veggies including carrots and corn. Grilled and topped with caramelized onions, crisp Romaine and tomato. Served on a pretzel bun.

Council Rock Brewery’s Signature Bratwurst- We make these ourselves using an authentic recipe from the Franconia region of Southern Germany. Served on a brioche sub roll. Comes with its own special kraut.
