Sonora Chicken Salad- Tunisian marinated chicken, black bean and corn salsa, roasted red pepper sauteed and served on a bed of crisp Romaine and dressed with house-made Harissa dressing. Garnished with scallions, Cotija cheese, Peppadew peppers and tomatoes.

New York Pastrami- Local Black Angus deli pastrami baked with beer, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese, served on rye bread with greens, tomato, and Russian dressing.

Grilled Veggie Burger- A patty loaded with veggies including carrots and corn. Grilled and topped with caramelized onions, crisp Romaine and tomato. Served on a pretzel bun.

MAIBOCK IS BACK!!!!

Goldenrod Ale- A golden cream ale-usually our lightest offering. 4.7% abv

Hefeweizen- A traditional German wheat beer-slightly cloudy with banana and clove aromas. 5.2% abv

Mango Wheat- This beer starts out as an American style wheat beer and then we load it up with real mango! Slightly tart and not overly sweet, with big mango taste and plenty of “real beer” flavor. 4.7% abv

Maibock- Brewed and lagered during the late winter in anticipation of the coming warmth of May, the Bavarian Maibock is a strong, deep golden lager. Extended aging has given this brew a remarkable balance and exceptional crisp finish. 6.0% abv

Full Nelson- A pale ale brewed with the Nelson Sauvin hop from New Zealand. Late additions and dry hopping produce distinctive tropical fruit aromas in an ale that is aromatic but not as bitter as an IPA. 25 IBU 5.2% abv

Sleeping Lion Red Ale- A hoppy, full flavored red ale. We add a double dose of Cascade Hops at the beginning and end of the brewing process. We also employ a technique called “Mash Hopping” where we add fresh, whole-leaf Cascades from New York State to the barley mash. 6.0% abv

All American IPA- Generally our hoppiest beer, brewed with 3 American West Coast hops: Columbus, Chinook, and Citra. It is also dry hopped with Citra. A complex and balanced IPA. 6.6% abv

Leatherstocking Brown Ale- A full flavored ale, very malty with roasty flavors and more than a hint of chocolate.
****The 2017 Silver Medal Winner at Tap NY**** 6.0% abv

Oatmeal Stout- A rich dark beer, full of roasted, chocolate and coffee flavors, but less bitter than most stouts. 6.3% abv

Sunken Island Scotch- A rich, brown, strong "120-shilling" Scottish style ale; full of malt and caramel flavor, a little raisiny with just the right amount of sweetness. 8.9% abv*

Roasted Beet Salad- Crispy Romaine with sliced beets, topped with toasted almonds and feta cheese crumbles. Comes with balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

Kyle’s Smoked Wings- These delicious moist wings are dry rubbed with spices and smoked for hours over a charcoal fire with wood chips. They are finished on the grill and served tossed in a
white zesty Alabama Sauce.

Chicken Tenders- All-natural Gluten Free chicken tenders, comes with a side and choice of sauce.

Creamy Seafood Chowder- Made with haddock, shrimp, cream, and white wine.

Haddock Patty- Haddock, grated carrots, onions, and scallions. Topped with our Louisiana style Remoulade and served on a brioche bun.
