Our Italian-Stuffed Artichoke Bottoms are filled with Italian sausage and Asiago, served over marinara—and they’re every bit as good as we remembered.

Another favorite has escaped the Rivertown Bistro menu archives, but only for a few more days!

THE FOOD ISN’T THE ONLY THING WE FOUND IN THE ARCHIVES… 👀

We uncovered these old photos of a few familiar faces from the Rivertown Bistro kitchen—and three of these chefs, including Chef Darren, are still cooking with us today!

Darren may be the easy one…but can you identify the other two? Study the pictures and place your guesses in the comments. And no giving away the answer if you already know! 😂

Today’s craving: our Chicken Gyro loaded with grilled chicken, crisp lettuce, tomato, red onion, feta and creamy tzatziki, all tucked into warm pita and served with house-made fries.

**THIS IS MORE THAN A THROWBACK.** ❤️

In 2008, fire changed everything at Rivertown Bistro. In 2009, we opened the doors again—rebuilt, refreshed and ready for another chapter.

Looking through these pictures reminds us just how much life has happened along the way.

**We built a restaurant. We rebuilt after a fire. We raised a daughter. And through it all, this community grew right alongside us.**

Our Throwback Series has brought back so many memories—and one dish you clearly weren’t ready to send back to the archives. The **Seafood Burrito** was the overwhelming favorite, so it returns this week **by popular demand** for our Throwback Encore!

Buildings can be rebuilt. Menus can be refreshed. But the people, the food and the memories are what make a restaurant last.

**One more taste of the past—and a grateful look at how far we’ve come.**

Before “farm-to-table” became a buzzword, it was simply how we cooked. 🍑

Years ago, our Peach Burrata Salad was a favorite summer special—created when local peaches and heirloom tomatoes were at their very best. Creamy burrata, fresh seasonal fruit, pistachio-mint pesto and balsamic syrup prove that great ingredients never go out of style.

It’s back this week from the Bistro Menu Vault. Who remembers this taste of summer?
