We are very happy to announce that we have now switched to using 100% Beef Tallow!
While it is 20% more expensive to use (we use approximately 1400 pounds of oil per month), we are of the belief that Beef Tallow is not only much healthier for you, but makes your food we fry up crispier and taste much better and worth the extra cost for it.
- If you are old enough, think McDonalds fries before they switched to seed oils in 1990. They were just that much tastier. -
