At CBB, our goal is to provide a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for everyone. However, it was recently brought to my attention that a social media post made by a member of our staff on their personal account caused concern. While this post was not made on behalf of CBB, we understand the impact it has had on our community. The views expressed do not reflect our values. We have addressed this internally and made it clear that respect and inclusivity are non-negotiable expectations of our team.
At the same time, maintaining a welcoming space is a shared responsibility. We ask all guests to be mindful of others and avoid behavior that may make anyone uncomfortable. This includes excessive intoxication, disruptive behavior, and overly loud or explicit conversations—especially those of a graphic or sexual nature—in our shared, public space.
