Brewer at Saltbox Kitchen Saltbox Brewery was started in July of 2015 by Ralph Fiegel and Dan Gregoire as a part of Saltbox Kitchen. We brew farm inspired beers.

Saltbox Brewery is a part of Saltbox Kitchen. We focus on farm inspired beers at Saltbox started and still maintains a farm. We are located at 84 Commonwealth Ave, West Concord Ma. You can only find our beers at the restaurant as we only brew extremely small batches of beer. This size allows us to experiment with different brewing ingredients, some that are grown on our own farm, with different br

ewing techniques and with different brewing processes. The brewery opened in July of 2015 with Head Brewer Ralph Fiegel who has been home brewing for more than 5 years, and the help of Dan Gregoire who has also brewing for more than 5 years. They both have a culinary back round and both have spent time working at Saltbox Farm. They have taken those experiences and brought it into the brewery creating beers that not only pair extremely well with food, but also have a different take on flavors for beer that can stand well on their own.
