Yesterday’s lunch at the Mill was one for the books! 🌟

There’s something truly special about taking a break from the busy workday to gather together as a community — sharing great food, conversation, and laughter with so many familiar faces here at the Mill.

We were especially honored to celebrate Billy Crosby, someone who has become such a staple not only within the Mill community, but throughout Concord as well. Billy’s kindness, dedication, and presence over the years have touched so many people, and it was wonderful to recognize someone who means so much to so many.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the afternoon so memorable and thank you to for a wonderful menu! Community is what makes places like this feel like home.❤️ coworking

A piece of Bradford history has come home. ✨

The Allen Chair Factory, originally built on Bradford Street in 1906, was owned and operated by three generations of the Allen family — all proudly named Charles Allen. These beautiful chairs were handcrafted in the very same factory building that is now home to the Bradford Mill and the Wheelhouse.

Manufactured between 1930–1956, these chairs are truly one-of-a-kind pieces of local history, and we are so honored to now showcase them here at the Wheelhouse for everyone to enjoy.

A huge thank you to Dori Perrucci for generously donating these incredible chairs, and to our wonderful property manager, Michelle, for coordinating their journey all the way from Princeton, New Jersey back to their original home. ❤️

What an amazing day at the 2026 Bike Festival this past Saturday! We loved hosting this event in our back lot and seeing so many people come together to enjoy the day! Events like these are what make the Bradford Mill Community so special!

❤️ What an Incredible Turnout!

Yesterday’s Red Cross Blood Drive at the Bradford Mill was a huge success — and it’s all thanks to this amazing community.

🩸 34 units collected
🙌 34 donors showed up to give back
🌟 54% were first-time donors

That means not only did we make an impact, but we also welcomed so many new donors into something truly life-saving.

We’re so grateful to everyone who participated, helped spread the word, and stepped up to give back — both from within the Mill and beyond our community.

Together, we made a difference. ❤️

We loved hosting Habitat for Humanity of Greater Lowell last white in the Wheelhouse Cafe!

It was such a pleasure to see the space filled with great energy, meaningful conversations, and people coming together for an important cause. This is exactly what the Wheelhouse and the Bradford Mill are all about- community, collaboration, and connection!

If you’re a business, nonprofit, or organization looking for a unique space to host a meeting, workshop, or event, we’d love to welcome you! The Wheelhouse Cafe is available for gatherings of all kinds, and we’re always excited to support groups doing great work!
