It is with a heavy heart that we share the news of the unexpected passing of Jim Mitchell, a valued Bending Branch tasting room associate since 2019.

Jim was big in stature and even bigger in personality—always quick with a joke, a smile, or a playful comment meant to elicit a laugh. He was loved by our guests and club members and became a fixture at the Branch on High tasting room, where his presence helped shape so many memorable experiences over the years. The good times continued when we moved to the new tasting room, and Jim could share his enthusiasm for both wine and bourbon.

Jim will be remembered for his warmth, humor, and the joy he brought to our team and community. He will be deeply missed.
