Domaine Christophe Mittnacht Terres d'Etoiles Crémant D'alsace Extra Brut
Alsace, France: 60% Pinot Auxerrois, 10% Pinot Blanc, 10% Riesling, 10% Pinot Girs, 10% Pinot Noir. Estate was founded in 1958. Certified biodynamic. 25+ year old vines in clay and limestone soil. 18 months on lees. Mineral-driven with white flower aromas, citrus, berries.
Oenops Wines Apla White
Grece. Grapes sourced in Macedonia, Thrace, Crete. Malagousia, Vidiano, Assyrtiko. All indigenous grapes. White flower aromas, topical and stone fruits. Fuller-bodied with a crisp, fruity finish.
Felsina Berardenga Chianti Colli Senesi
D.O.C.G. Chianti Colli Senesi, Italy. 100% Sangiovese. Entry level wine on the border between Chianti Classico and Colli Senesi. Sandstone, marl and limestone soils. 12 months Slovenian oak. Wild berry flavors, spice, hint of vanilla. Beautifully balanced.
