Domaine Des Baumard Carte Turquoise Sparkling
Anjou, Loire Valley, France. 60% Chenin Blanc, 40% Cabernet Franc.  Established 1957. Average age vines 37 years. Hand-harvested.  Minimum 18 months on the lees. Aromas of apples, lemon and grapefruit. Gracious mouthfeel, chalky, dry finish.

 Benoit Daridan Cheverny L’Intemporel Blanc
A.O.C. Cheverny, Loire Valley France. 80% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Chardonnay. Cheverny is all about the blends.  Family estate, with a history that dates back to 1740.  Certified organic. Aged in thermo-regulated steel vats.  White grapefruit, peaches. Fleshy with flinty minerality on the finish.

La Font de L’Olivier Grenache Blanc
A.O.C. Côtes de Thongue, Languedoc, France. 100% Grenache Blanc. Estate wine, family owned. From Bruno Granier, 3rd generation winemaker. Sustainably and organically farmed. Small yield in Marl, Sand with Schist.  Fleshy with exceptional minerality and excellent acidity. A Gem!

Benoit Daridan Cheverny L’Intemporel Rouge
A.O.C. Cheverny, Loire Valley France. 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Gamay. Family estate, with a history that dates to 1740.  Certified organic. Aged in thermo-regulated steel vats.  Red berries, cherries, currants. Fruity, silky, fun!!!

Le Grand Bouqueteau Chinon Rouge
A.O.C. Chinon, Loire Valley, France. 100% Cabernet Franc. Family-owned estate. Low-yield fruit. Aged in stainless steel.  Blackberry, baking spice, savory herbs, vanilla. Elegant, balanced fruit and tannins. Long, savory finish.

Domaine Luyton-fleury Syrah
I.G.P. Collines Rhodaniennes, Northern Rhone. 100% Syrah. Hand-harvested, destemmed. Concrete aging for 9 months. Violet aromas. Raspberry with peppery notes and savory herbs. Excellent minerality on finish.

Luis Pato Bruto Vinho Espumante Rosé NV
Beiras, Bairrada, Portugal. 100% Baga. Winery established in 1970, but the family has been making wine in the region since the eighteenth century. 6 - 9 months on the lees. Herbaceous, with a refreshing, chalky finish!

 Villavarda Pinot Grigio 2025
D.O.C. Fruili, Italy. 100% Pinot Grigio. All estate fruit, grown in Clay and calcerous soil. White flower aromas, citrus, pear with chalky minerality on finish.

Clouston & Co Nambucca Sauvignon Blanc 2023
Marlborough, New Zealand. 100% Sauvignon Blanc.  Estate fruit. Sourced from Wairau and Awatere Valleys. Silt Loam and Alluvial gravel soils. Lees aging. Aromas of Elderflower, lime zest and wet stone. Vibrant, elegant and refreshing!

 Le Grand Bouqueteau Chinon Rosé 2025
D.O.C. Chinon, Loire Valley France. 100% Cabernet Franc. Part of the Château du Coudray Montpensier. Old vines planted in 1999. Direct press. Notes violet, citrus and green herbs. Crisp, lush mouthfeel, vibrant finish.

 Azienda Agricola Montioni Montefalco Rosso 2021
D.O.C. Montefalco, Rosso. Umbria, Italy. 65% Sangiovese, 20% Merlot, 15% Sagrantino. A producer of olives since 1978, winery founded by Paolo Montioni in 2000. Native yeast. Aged 12 months in French oak barrique, 6 months in bottle. Blackberry, black cherry, vanilla, spice. 

 Susana Esteban Aventura Tinto 2024
Alentejo, Portugal. Made from a blend of indigenous, low-yield, grapes varieties such as: Aragonez, Tricadeira, Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouschet. Esteban specializes in revitalizing old vineyards.  Winemaker of the year in Portugal 2011 and producer of the year in 2022. Floral aromas, black fruits, spice and racy tannins.
