Domaine Brazilier Brut Blanc NV
Coteaux du Vendomois, Loire Valley, France. 50% Chenin Blanc. 50% Pineau d'Aunis. Domaine is family owned in its 7th generation of winemakers. Organic and sustainable farming. Clay & flint soil. 12 months lees aging. Peaches, citrus, berries. A bit fleshy, with a fresh, flinty mineral-driven finish.
Cantina Boffa Arneis 2024
D.O.C.G. Roero Piedmont, Italy. 100% Arneis. Family estate located in Barbaresco, dating back to 1920 and specializing in Nebbiolo. 40-year-old-vines inn sandy soil. Stainless steel aging. White floral aromas,tart citrus, round mouthfeel. Crisp, refreshing, mineral-driven finish.
Bodegas Bhilar Blanco 2023
D.O.C. Rioja Alavesa, Spain. 80% Viura, 20% Garnacha Blanca. Estate winery. Biodynamic viticulture. Demeter certified. Sustainable winery that is completely solar-powered. Limestone with slt and sandy soil. 6 months French oak. Citrus, stone fruit, with mint, fresh herbs. Fleshy mouthfeel with flinty finish.
Tartufo Nebbiolo 2024
D.O.C. Langhe, Piedmont, Italy. 100% Nebbiolo. Family-owned now in their 4th generation of winemakers. Collaboration between Sergio Molino and Daniele Conterno. This is an elegant, approachable wine with violet aromas, fresh cherry and dark berry flavors. Fruity, soft tannins. Put a chill on it!
Abbazia di Novacella Schiava 2024
D.O.C. Alto Adige, Italy. D.O.C. Alto Adige, Italy. 100% Schiava. A working abbey that dates back to 1142. Permeable moraine on bedrock. Fruity, low-tannin, and 12% alcohol. Red berry, cranberry, crushed gravel hint of bitter almond. Fresh, elegant and dry. A summer-weight chillable red.
Vinos del Alántico Gordo Monastrell 2021
D.O. Yecla, Murcia, Spain. 100% Monastrell. From Patrick Mata and Alberto Orte. Old vines planted in high-elevation chalk and limestone soil, producing low-yield, smaller berries. Aged 3 months in used oak barrel. Dark berries, with savory herbs and hints of pencil lead. Opulent fruit, savory, with chalky finish.
