Gulab Jamun 🟤🟤🟤 is a traditional Indian dessert that is best described like a wet donut- like pastry, soaked in sweet syrup then, here at Jhoomar, we pair them with rich, creamy rabdi (milk reduced into cream and sweetened with caramel) & slivered almonds for the perfect amount of crunch 🤤🤤

Today we highlight our Wild-Caught Sweet Heat Honey-Crusted Salmon, served over sautéed spinach & mushrooms in a creamy sauce, topped with crunchy micro greens 🌱🤏🏽🤏🏽🤏🏽
