For the past few years, they have joined together to fight the good fight, not against the British army, but against the chain restaurants. They compete against huge companies with multi-location restaurants and deep pockets. Yet, are the restaurants that you approach to support your local teams, religious organizations and schools. They work to educate everyone of their importance to our communities. And so, on this very special day, they ask any independent restaurant to join their community as they continue to keep Independents alive.
