OK everyone, just so we're on the same page, these are the proper steps for FOH retrieving ice:

1) Hastily fill ice bucket, spilling a generous number of cubes on the floor.
2) Half-heartedly try to kick some of the cubes under the ice machine.
3) Return later, when cubes are melted, nearly slip and fall.
4) Loudly complain that "this place is a death trap", and "the Back Of House needs to pull their weight and get their mopping done for once!"

Let's all try to be consistent.
