Hi, I’m Sophia—the founder and owner of Bar Gallery Events.

Born and raised in Missouri, I’m proud of my Mexican and American heritage. It has shaped me into who I am today.
Hospitality has always been at the heart of who I am. With over four years of bartending experience and three years as an event coordinator, I’ve had the privilege of working at some of Columbia’s well-known establishments, including Barred Owl, 44 Tavern, The Heist, and a local Mexican restaurant. I also served as the Event Coordinator at Midway Golf & Games, where I learned that great events are about more than the venue—they’re about creating an experience people remember.

That belief is exactly why I started Bar Gallery Events.

I saw a need for a more personalized approach to events—one that brings a luxury mobile bar experience directly to you. I believe you shouldn’t have to book an expensive venue to enjoy exceptional service, beautiful presentation, and a memorable experience.

At Bar Gallery Events, we focus on quality, creativity, and genuine hospitality. Whether it’s an intimate gathering or a large celebration, our goal is simple: to elevate your event and make hosting feel effortless.
