Burgers & Burgundy, but with a little royalty in the glass. 🍔🍷

Tonight we’re pouring Domaine Armand Heitz Bourgogne Rouge—a producer we’re genuinely excited about. Armand Heitz comes from one of Burgundy’s historic families, but he’s doing things his own way: farming thoughtfully, focusing on terroir, and making wines that are pure, precise, and ridiculously good with food.

Which brings us to tonight’s pairing.
Our Wagyu burger with smoked Gouda and that Iberico + duck ham jam moment… next to a glass of vibrant, silky Burgundy.

Nerdy Burgundy.
Serious farming.
