This is Ms. Vanh Dy , smiling in her own restaurant located in her hometown of Xieng Khouang, Laos. Pronunciation (Wahn-Dee) Translation of her name means “It’s a good day”. We owe a great deal of who we are today to a mother who exemplified great character, love and success. While raising all 12 of her children, she succeeded in having one of the most sought after restaurants in their community.
