Good Morning!

Steers and Beers Whiskey & Beer Festival is TODAY!! If you have tickets here is some info. TICKETS ARE STILL AVAILABLE ON EVENTBRITE.COM

Here are some tips about Ivywild and the event.

• PARKING: Ivywild has very, very limited parking. We highly suggest Uber due to this. There is parking at the Mat in front of Ivywild (small), up & down Cheyenne Blvd. and in the surrounding neighborhoods. Please be careful not to block homeowners driveways etc.. so we don’t end up with complaints.

• FOOD: Food is available for purchase from the restaurants at Ivywild. There are a ton of options.

• RESTROOMS: We have 5 Porta Potties and there are restrooms inside upstairs and downstairs by the Barrel room behind the stairs.

• DESIGNATED DRIVERS: You will receive a coupon for a sandwich and side at SPARK BBQ upon entry & there will be plenty of Pepsi products. Thank you for keeping your friends safe!

There are 4 areas with breweries & distilleries. Don’t miss any! Inside is the RNDC Whiskey Room with over 25 distilleries AND the GYM with excellent breweries/distilleries and live music!
Outside in the field in front of Bristol are tons of vendors AND in the Barrel Room by the DJ. Also…..there is a Mechanical Bull so get ready to ride!
