It is with great regret that we have to announce that Frankie’s Bar and Grill will not be reopening. Thank you for your support over the 40 years Frankie’s has served the people Colorado Springs.

Update:

As most of you know we are in some legal negotiations with the landlord over repairs snd mitigation right now. Unfortunately we have had very little help. I’m reposting this gofundme in hopes we can get somewhere. I just ask if you have direct questions please message us and please refrain from rude posts or posts accusing us of anything. This has been a very upsetting and stressful time for us. We love Frankie’s and that’s why we purchased it. We have been trying for months to get a loan to do repairs but we are less then 2 years owning it so there’s not much help out there. No one wants it open more than we do!

Ok we have everything covered with exception of the contents removal and cleaning. We are short $25,000 … Jaime Dittmer needs your support for Save Frankie's

Things are progressing right now. We know many of you have been driving by wondering when we will be open again. Stay tuned to Facebook for more updates. We are hoping it will be soon.

Please disregard rumors that you may have heard from former employees. These rumors are not true!!! We did not get shut down for health dept issues, we did not get shut down for tax evasion…..we are closed because rain came in through the ceiling when it rained!!!! We are trying to get the roof fixed, interior fixed and retain an attorney for the dispute with the landlord. WE WILL BE REOPENING!!!!

We wanted to squash some rumors going around and let everyone know what’s going on. On Friday night when the rain storm started we had water start to come in our ceiling. We are working with a mitigation company and we are hoping to re-open soon. We are not closing our doors! We are closed until the repairs on our unit are completed. We love and miss you all and look forward to seeing everyone again very soon!!!!

Frankie’s will be closed Saturday, April 27th due to flooding from the rain. We are hoping to be back open tomorrow!
