Bri Grazing Co. is more than a new name. It’s my story. 🌿
I’m Brianna Easley— the woman, mom, and creative heart behind this business.
My journey began in Rockwall, Texas, during COVID. I grew up in the restaurant business and have always loved food and art, but I never imagined those passions would become my career.
At the time, I was working my way through college with the goal of nursing school while finding a way to support myself and my son. As the world changed, my path began to change, too. Through charcuterie, I discovered a new love: turning food into art and creating something that brought people joy.
With the love and support of my family and community, that discovery grew into a business. Every board and grazing table became an opportunity to bring people together, make food fun, and be a small part of someone’s special moments.
In 2025, my family and I made another big change—we moved to Colorado Springs. We were drawn to the mountains, the diverse community, and the opportunity to build a life surrounded by people who value connection and support small, woman-owned businesses. 🏔️
Now, I’m giving my business a name and look that reflect who I am and where I’m going.
Bri Grazing Co. is me—Brianna Easley. My love of food. My art. My dreams. And a journey that has helped shape a woman I’m proud to be.
