Our RBD Single Barrel Wheat Whiskey just won a silver medal at the 2025 San Francisco World Spirits Competition -- the world's largest and most prestigious blind judging.

We double-distilled it in September 2019 in our pot still from a bill of 88-percent hard, red, winter-harvested wheat and 12-percent malted barley, all grown in Texas by Texan farmers and sourced for us by MBS Seed - Grains in Denton, Texas. Then, we aged it for five years in four virgin, deep-charred American white oak barrels that we harvested one at a time.

It is the first and only spirit we have ever entered into any competition.

Bottle Your Own Damn Bourbon!

We will be thieving straight from barrel to bottle and letting folks fill, seal, cap and wax their own again this weekend.
Barrel #210401.001 was filled with our standard bill of 62.5% sweet yellow corn, 25% wheat and 12.5% malted barley, all grown in Texas by Texan farmers and mashed, fermented and distilled right here at our distillery in College Station.
(Please remember, you’re pulling straight from the barrel, so it’ll be unfiltered, unpolished and 122 proof.)
