Meet Brenda Nagel - Club Operator
Brenda is a retired teacher from Mississinawa Valley Schools, where she dedicated 32.5 years to educating fifth-grade students. She lives in Maria Stein with her husband of 32 years, Kevin, and they have two married children, two granddaughters, and one grandson, all of whom she loves to spoil!
What began as a hobby has grown into a rewarding side business as a portrait photographer. Brenda especially enjoys capturing special moments for high school seniors and families. She also enjoys reading and taking walks when time allows.
Since stepping into the Club Operator role in May, Brenda has thoroughly enjoyed getting to know the members and becoming actively involved in the Eaglesā motto, āPeople Helping People.ā She looks forward to continuing to make improvements to the club, welcoming new members, and helping this wonderful organization grow and thrive.
Meet Nick Kiel ā Assistant Club Operator
Nick Kiel recently retired from Grand Lake Health System, where he served as Assistant Paramedic Chief. With more than 21 years of dedicated service, including the last 15 years in a supervisory role, Nick has built his career around helping others and serving his community.
Nick lives in St. Marys with his wife of 17 years, Kim. Together, they are proud parents of their adopted son, Austin, who lives in Tennessee with his wife and their children. Nick and Kim absolutely adore their grandchildren, who are spoiled rottenāespecially his granddaughter, Rian, who holds a particularly special place in Grandpa Nickās heart!
Nickās commitment to serving others extends well beyond his professional career. He is also actively involved with the Knights of Columbus, where he began his journey as a Guard and worked his way through the chairs to become Grand Knight of Council 1592. After serving as Grand Knight for six years, Nick was asked to take on the role of District Deputy, a position he continues to hold today. In this role, he oversees councils in St. Marys, Celina, Coldwater, St. Henry, and Fort Recovery.
As Nick begins his new chapter as Assistant Club Manager alongside Brenda, he looks forward to meeting all the members, building relationships, and helping the club and its organization continue to grow and thrive.
Nick truly believes in the motto āPeople Helping People.ā Whether through his years in emergency medical services, his work with the Knights of Columbus, or his new role at the club, Nick strives to put people first. Keeping the needs of the community and its members at the forefront of his thoughts, prayers, and actions is what drives him.
