Hello southtowns! I was challenged to make a new and exciting meatloaf! Yes, really!
So being an overachiever I made 2. Both with BBQ, and both fun!

The first is made, and drizzled all over with traditional barbecue sauce & bacon! The second is our special honey hot! It’s a little sweet from the honey with a bit of a kick and also topped with bacon and a honey BBQ drizzle! Yummy!

Both are served with extra cheesy au gratin potatoes, onion rings & roll and butter! It’s a western feast for just $15.99 and available at the Colden Market this Saturday & Sunday, while they last so don’t be afraid to order early so we can reserve yours!

First, Lent is over but you can still get a great haddock fish fry! Every Friday we serve our coveted fish and shrimp dinners. A generous piece of haddock (beer battered or broiled), French fries or baked potato w/sour cream, plus coleslaw, Mac salad, rye bread/butter tartar & lemon all for $14.49.
Our beer battered shrimp dinner with all the fixins is just $1 more.

Weekend Meatloaf Special! Friday thru Sunday, or til we’re sold out, we’re serving our homemade dinner with big slice of meatloaf w/gravy, twice baked potato, sweet corn, roll & butter, all for $12.99

Our “Market to Home” freezer has been restocked! We got caught up after Easter and filled the freezer with all sorts of your favorite homemade meals. There’s goulash, Mac n cheese, stuffed shells, meatloaf, chicken parm, Italian sausage, sloppy joes and many more to choose from. So even if the kitchen is closed, you can have a homemade dinner in minutes!

You can order a delicious honey-glazed ham dinner with au graten potatoes, sautéed green beans, maple/brown sugar sweet potato casserole, roll & butter for just $16.99 (add a side salad for $3)

Happy Spring to Colden & the southtowns! Looks like we have one more chilly weekend before we start to see warmer days, but heck, that’s why we live in ski country, right?
First, I have to tell you how proud I am to have my MUCH better half, Julie and her amazing team of talented women, pictured in the East Aurora & Orchard Park Bee newspapers this week. Great job ladies! You’ve done Colden and the Market proud!

By the way, we need one more part-time cook (male or female, lol), to round out our fun team, and to give the boss lady some needed time off. PLEASE call Julie @ 716-941-3333 and she’ll tell you all about it.

Now on to the FOOD! Apparently words gotten out about our giant haddock fish fry! A generous piece of haddock(beer battered or broiled), French fries or baked potato w/sour cream, plus coleslaw, Mac salad, rye bread/butter, tartar & lemon for just $14.49???
