Help Us Congratulate Joey! 🎓

Three years ago, Joey walked through our doors as a barely 15-year-old looking for his first real job. Since then, we’ve had the privilege of watching him grow into a fine young man.

Kind, supportive, hilarious, hardworking, and loved by everyone on our team, Joey has become a big part of the Daft family. We’re incredibly proud of all he’s accomplished and excited to see what’s ahead as he heads to Montana Tech to study Mining Engineering this fall.

It’s been an absolute pleasure having him on our team, and we’ll be soaking up these last couple of months before he starts his next adventure.

Our very well loved, Kaylee, has finished her degree in echo imaging and (no surprise to us) landed herself a full time job right outta the gates with Sacred Heart! We are so proud of her!! 🎉 More on that soon, tho.

Muffalata bread topped with prosciutto, ham, salami and pepperoni with relish, a house-made tapenade (Kalamata olives, pickled celery, carrots, bell peppers, cauliflower) and mozzarella and provolone cheese

Chicken and bacon on ciabatta bread topped with spinach, mozzarella, fresh tomatoes, a basil pesto (*nut free) and reduced balsamic.

Minestrone Soup
Sausage, spinach, stewed tomatoes, celery, carrots, kidney beans and noodles topped with Parmesan cheese.

New rotating salad: Italian Artichoke Salad
Mixed greens with a slaw of artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes. Onions and cucumbers, finished with Parmesan cheese, candied pecans and a house-made mustard vinaigrette.
