Flavor Profile: Fresh red raspberries, red and wild cherries, strawberries, and hints of plum.

Secondary Notes: Touches of subtle baking spice, white pepper, rose petal, and subtle minerality.

Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied with silky, elegant tannins and crisp, tangy balance.

Winemaking: Fermented in small, open-top tanks and aged in French oak barrels for complex flavor development.
