Hey guys, GOOD NEWS !! Looks like we will be rocking into 2014 !!! We've received a few legit offers so far to pass the torch to and we have a few others pending !!! It warms my heart on the last day of this year to know that there are hood people ready to step up and save the venue that so many people love.
Im gonna be making a decision soon so I want to give 1 more opportunity for interested potential buyers to step up and make an offer. Hey guys and gals. We've had a couple deals fall through to purchase 321 and we're looking at a few options. I'm just curious if there's anyone out there that is interested in purchasing the venue as a turnkey business, all licenses in place and immediately operational. I'm looking for a reasonable down payment and will do payments on the balance or a cash offer gets best price. It doesn't cost near as much as you might think so hit me up !! Why not. If I don't sell it soon I'm gonna take it apart, sell off the equipment and the venue will be gone forever. That's a tragedy but I don't have time to run it. People always say what they would do if they had a shot, this is opportunity knocking. There will be no second chance. First come, first serve. Serious offers private message me asap.
