Yorktowne Social is growing our kitchen team, and we’re looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join us.
We’re looking for a strong culinary leader who can help oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain high food-quality standards, support and train the team, and keep the kitchen organized and running efficiently.
What we’re looking for:
• Previous Sous Chef experience or strong line-cook leadership experience
• A passion for quality food and hospitality
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen
• Reliable, organized and team-oriented
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen procedures
