Hello !! Summer 🌞 is upon us and that means lots of fun times ahead because we have some awesome events planned for this month of June, the theme of the month is colors 🏳️‍🌈 so come hang out with us in your summer fits and enjoy a cold drink 🍹 and play some games with us!

TAVERN EVENTS: We are looking at Themed and Sunday Karaoke, Friday Bingo w/ prizes, Candyland themed game and craft night, Blades in the Dark one-shot, Book Club meeting, Pop-up merchant shops, mead testing, and movie nights either at the tavern or out in theaters.

COMMUNITY EVENT 📈: This month we are voting for a new guild leader. We will create a temporary channel to post our Nominations and Campaign platform on it for you to vote on the future of the Tipsy Imp Tavern! We ask you to submit your nominations in the link provided below and a little description as to why they would be a good Guild Leader. Should the person accept they will have opportunities to sway your minds, we will give them the rules and full support from the masters and council members with whatever they need. We are debating whether we should do a mock debate if it should come to that point! We will vote at the end of the month on our new guild leader. So good luck and excited to see who is up for the challenge! May the odds be ever in your favor!

Good Morning ! A quick reminder for our that today is a Game Night during this weeks Monday Social. Game Master Alex Wei will be available and hosting Blades-in-the-Dark and we will have plenty of other games and normal crafts available for those who are coming. And of course we have $10 any pizzas so make sure to come hungry. See you all there!

Good Day ! (This will be a fairly big announcement) For this Month with so much going on we have decided to plan Game Night Dates, Change some things, and add some new stuff for all our to enjoy throughout the Month of May and moving forward.

***Ren-Faire: ***

First and foremost this weekend is our Tipsy Imp Takeover at the Sleepy Hallow Ren Faire on May 9th! For those interested we will be meeting up together at the Gate and the Big Tree within the Entrance around 12pm. So come with your Woodland Folk Garb or anything else you would like to dress as and keep a look out for the 'Tipsy Imp Troupe' Flag as we take over the Ren Faire together and find more Tipsy Imps to join the community. After the Ren Faire at 6pm we will meet together at Beachwood, have a few and then convene together at the Tavern for Karaoke!

With the Ren Faire on the 9th we are also going to have a Social Pre-Ren Faire Workshop on Friday the 8th at the Tavern were we will work on Garlands (Flower Crowns), Mushroom Hats, and more Leatherworking to finish up any last things that may need to be done before the Tipsy Imp Take Over.

***Game Nights:***

Next, with every 2nd Friday being a designated Game Night we are going to be changing this months Friday Game night to May 22nd due to the Workshop and Ren Faire take over. For Fridays Game Night it will be a Pirate Theme with Pirate Bingo and a visit from Seebo the Traveling Merchant.

For Monday's Game Night it will be on the 18th with Game Master Wei running Blades!
We are also changing Monday's as well. Moving forward every Monday will be a Social Night where you are welcome to come to the Tavern, bring friends, play games and have fun. With this we will announce whenever a Game Master will be hosting a Game for those whom would like to join and be pre-pared for it.

For Sunday's Game Night it will be on the 31st and will be a Spring Fairy Theme with another visit from Seebo the Traveling Merchant. For the Craft we will be making Teacup Fairy Gardens and will have a fun Improv Fairy Dating Game (Think the 70s Dating Game show)

***Book Club: (More info in the Tavern Library) ***

May 14th will be the Author's Signing Downtown at the Des Moines Library starting 7pm - 9pm.
May 26th with me the Book Club meeting at the Tavern around 6:30pm.

***Other Events:***

On Saturday the 16th we will be having a Mead Testing day to try different meads that we would like to have here at the Tavern. So come on in and help us test what would be best for the .

With all that we hope to see you all this Friday and Saturday for the Ren Faire!
